Returns/Exchanges &Refund
1. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 15-days appreciation period (*starts from the day after the delivery is received) to all online customers. After the 15-days appreciation period ended, returns and refunds are not available except for defected products.
The returned items must remain in its original condition with the whole package (Including the product, accessories, guarantee letter, and all of the remaining files). Otherwise, the return request will not be accepted.
To begin a return process, first, please inform us through WeChat/line: zebravpnbox. Then, please send the product with Collect on Delivery (COD) to the following address: 6F., No.6, Sec. 4, Hsinyi Rd., Da-an District, Taipei City. Once we received the returned items, we will remit a full refund in 5 days (Please provide us with your account name, account number, bank name, branch name)
2. Exchanges
If the product is defected in first place and not with man-made damage, please inform us through WeChat/line: zebravpnbox.
Our customer service team will be examining your product. If we found the defected product is due to the wrong setup procedure or usage from the user, the exchange request will not be accepted.
Please send the exchanging product with Collect on Delivery (COD) to the following address: 6F., No.6, Sec. 4, Hsinyi Rd., Da-an District, Taipei City. Once we received the exchanging items, we will send out a new product on the next day.
